Missold PCP Limited is a claims management company and a trading name of Riteway Claims Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority – FRN 941650. You can check our authorisation on the FCA Register at www.fca.org.uk.

We work in partnership with regulated solicitors and claims management companies (CMCs). There is no upfront fee to submit a claim.

If your claim is successful, a percentage of your compensation will be deducted as a fee. The exact amount will be clearly explained to you before you agree to proceed.

Important: You do not need to use a claims management company to make a complaint. You can do it yourself for free.
